Job Summary:
The Agricultural Supervisor is ultimately responsible for the year-round management of the crops in his/her assigned Agricultural Division. The Agricultural Supervisor ensures that the Company Agricultural Policy & Procedure are implemented in his/her assigned inspection and cultivation of the farm. The Agricultural supervisor ensures that his or her group of agricultural workers comply with company policy and work to produce an abundant yield.
The Agricultural Field Supervisor directly supervises the Agricultural Worker, implements & executes the manager's plan for agriculture, ensures compliance with agricultural regulations, and increases production.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise Agricultural Workers
- Oversee all Agricultural related activities & Implementation of the Company Agricultural Plan
- Conduct Yearly Inspection
- Ensure Compliance to all Agricultural Regulations set by the Company and Local Agricultural Authority
- Execute Agricultural Manager's plan for Agricultural Division
- Work closely with Agricultural Manager to increase Agricultural Production, including but not limited to Land Preparation, Fertilization, Planting, Weeding and Harvest.
Additional Desirable Qualifications:
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education: Master's Degree
